Cantina San Paolo is Claudio Quarta’s Campania winery. The Province of Avellino is an area traditionally dedicated to excellent wines and has some very illustrious vines : Greco di Tufo, Fiano, Falanghina, and Aglianico d’Irpinia.

Perched on top of a hill, it takes its name from the San Paolo di Tufo district and overlooks Torrioni, a small village of ancient agricultural traditions completely immersed in the greenery of vines and woods.

Claudio Quarta explores wine-growing micro-territories, aiming to express the authenticity of the native vines and their territories by exalting the unique heritage of culture and tradition they encompass – unlike standardised wines with “no soul”. Cantina San Paolo is Claudio Quarta’s Campania winery. The Province of Avellino is an area traditionally dedicated to excellent wines and has some very illustrious vines : Greco di Tufo, Fiano, Falanghina, and Aglianico d’Irpinia. An ancient wine-making tradition is at its height in this exclusive Campania terroir.

Cantina Sanpaolo is a place where the grapes are handled with skill from the vine to the winery, in order to carry the history of the local wine-making traditions and express the best character of the native whites and reds. Cantina Sanpaolo’s prestigious wines have a strong identity, heirs to an ancient tradition. They express Soil, Variety and Tradition, exalting the precious fruits of Campania’s earth and each bottle contains the purest expression of the territory.
