Burgundy has been the cradle of the Mazilly family for several generations. In the early 1950s Pierre Mazilly succeeded his grandfather, and now his son Frédéric, and grandson Aymeric have taken up the torch and continue the family tradition.
Based in Meloisey, a small village in the Côte de Beaune, Domaine Mazilly Père & Fils’ vineyards cover about 18 hectares and produce delectable, fruity, well-oaked red wines, and rich, fat, whites, which are balanced and structured on the palate.

Overview
Burgundy has been the cradle of the Mazilly family for several generations. In the early 1950s Pierre Mazilly succeeded his grandfather. His son Frédéric and grandson Aymeric have taken up the torch and continue the family tradition. The Mazilly family takes care of all stages of production, from the work of the vine to bottling, in order to always offer high quality wines. The premises are located in Meloisey, a small village in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune with a wine-growing tradition for centuries.
Since 2001, most of the wines have been aged in the cellars located in Meursault. The vineyards of the estate, 18 hectares in total, is mainly located in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, but also on renowned appellations such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Pommard, Volnay or Meursault. Frédéric and Aymeric Mazilly produce tasty red wines full of fruit with a well-controlled woodiness, rich and fatty white wines, balanced and structured in the mouth.
Every year, they receive medals from prestigious competitions such as the Concours des grands vins de France, or are mentioned in the well-known HACHETTE guide. Frédéric has also been dedicated to defending the region’s winegrowers for 30 years. He is active in the Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne and the Confédération des Associations Viticoles de Bourgogne.
