UNGRAFTED is a boutique range of wines from the De Martino Family in Chile. The winery is focused on producing wines that reflect their origin and the character of each vineyard, based on solid principles of sustainable farming and traditional winemaking methods.The family have a very strong attachment to their vineyards in two areas, the Isla de Maipo (Maipo Valley) and in Guarilihue (Itata Valley). In both these places, they have successfully cobbled together over time a beautiful array of ungrafted vines. Itata claims to be the oldest ‘New World’ valley, with vines planted around 1550.

What might have started as a passion side-project has rightfully grown into a range that stands up alongside all the other De Martino wines and is truely a forward looking project.
